Shani Dev, the deity associated with the planet Saturn. Shani is revered as a powerful and significant celestial force in Vedic astrology, often considered a dispenser of karma and justice. In our routine lives, there is a great importance of the kindness and the power of God Shani. Shani occupies the seventh place among the nine planets which govern the world. This is viewed as unlucky in conventional astrology. On Saturdays, it is believed that one should worship Lord Shani to keep oneself away from evil and to reduce the hardships of life as he blesses those who willingly and voluntarily donate to the poor without seeking anything in return.
This is the first Shani Maharaj temple in Dallas.
For those going thru Sade Sati Dasha, MahaDasha, Antardasha or if Shani Dev is your Rashi or Lagna lord, your life can reap tremendous benefits by visiting the Shani Dev temple.
Shani Puja
Shani Dev should not be worshipped at home.
